Alice in Wonderland is a production of Walt Disney's animated film, adapted from Lewis Carroll's story, titled Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass. Animation is a series that the 13 from Walt Disney Animated Classics series. The film was released in New York City and London on July 26, 1951, which is distributed by RKO Pictures. Voiced by Alice is Kathryn Beaumont (who also voiced Wendy Darling in the next animated series, entitled Peter Pan), and Ed Wynn serves as the voice of the Mad Hatter. The film supervised by Walt Disney, which is known as one of the best works of the Disney studio in the history of animated films, though many are not good criticism of film critics from the United Kingdom.Tak feel the time has rolled out quickly. Alice (Mia Wasikowska) now aged 19 years and who could forget all the adventures he experienced as a child. Alice will not remember if it was not coming anymore adventure to him right when he was at a party.
Alice, who was in a party suddenly realized that he would soon be spoken for before the visitors party at that time. Feeling unprepared to face it, Alice was trying to escape. While trying to escape this is Alice meets the White Rabbit (Michael Sheen), who led her into a hole that turned out to go to Wonderland.
After the death of Alice ten years earlier, there was a coup. Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter) managed to take over power from the White Queen (Anne Hathaway). All the inhabitants of Wonderland can only wait for the right time while preparing to seize back power from the evil Queen.
Back to see Cheshire Cat (Stephen Fry), Tweedledee and Tweedledum (Matt Lucas), March Hare (Noah Taylor), Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp) and Caterpillar (Alan Rickman), the memory of past Alice went back. Alice now become hope all residents of Wonderland who has long lived in the pressure.
The story of Alice's adventures in Wonderland is not a new story. Lewis Carroll wrote this story in 1865 and after over a hundred years, this story still be one of the stories are quite interesting. Actually to be honest, the story of Alice in Wonderland is not purely a story for children. Written by Lewis Carroll's story is too 'bleak' for the size of a small child. Many metaphors are not going to understand young children and it seems that Tim Burton wants communicated this time.
The first step is to make a play version of this classic tale and make it more acceptable to the current generation. Alice made more mature character and is no longer the children as in the original story. After the team selected quality actors and actresses such as Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, and Helena Bonham Carter complete with special effects experts and the production is equally andalnya. After the all clear, then Tim Burton free to express its interpretation of Wonderland or here called Underland.
The result is not gloomy Tim Burton films before but quite able to visualize the world of Wonderland who have been there in the mind of Lewis Carroll. Depp as usual did not have a problem with the characters 'odd' sort of Mad Hatter, but it seems this time that stole the attention it is Helena Bonham Carter who played as the Red Queen.
